Mr. Saj Khan is a consultant ophthalmic surgeon at the London Eye Hospital having previously worked at the Centre for Sight since 2007.

A graduate of the United Medical and Dental Schools of Guys’ and St. Thomas’ Hospitals (UMDS) in London (1994), he went on to complete his GP training at the St. Helier Hospital NHS Trust in 1997.

He completed his basic surgical training in ophthalmology in the South Thames region in 2000 and undertook a research fellowship in paediatric ophthalmology at the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London and another fellowship at the same hospital afterwards.

He then completed higher surgical training in ophthalmology in the North Thames region, followed by a fellowship in cornea, anterior segment, and refractive surgery at the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead.


Membership is open to all professionals involved with or wishing to learn more about refractive surgery.
